Abstract
This means there are more than 1 million people in Indonesia who suffer from severe mental disorders. Based on these data it is known that 11.6% of Indonesians experience mental emotional disturbance problems (basic health research, 2007). Whereas in 2013 the number of mental disorder patients reached 1.7 million (Riskesdas, 2013). Research method: In this case study the author uses the analysis study method using the nursing process approach. The subjects in this case study were clients with dementia. Presentation of data by using material analysis content by comparing theories with facts found on clients. Overview: Time for taking cases 20 - 27 February 2018. The place for taking this case study in the work area of the Nalumsari Community Health Center. How to study this case by giving occupational therapy for 1 week. Conclusion: The results of the assessment of the administration of occupational therapy therapy drawing for 1 week was carried out to the client with hallucinations obtained results that giving occupational therapy drawing affect the patient's hallucinations Keywords: Hallucinations, Occupational drawing
