Abstract

The application of psychiatric therapy (istighfar) to reduce emotions in patients at risk of violent behavior. This case study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of psychiatric therapy (istighfar) to reduce emotions in patients at risk of violent behavior. The design of this case study is pre test and post test conducted at Dr. RSD. Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province, with 3 respondents being conducted for 7 days. After the pre test and post test, there was a decrease in the risk signs of violent behavior. Based on the application, it can be concluded that psychiatric therapy is effective to reduce emotions in patients at risk of violent behavior. Keywords : application of psychiatric therapy (istighfar), the effectiveness of psychiatric therapy in order to reduce the risk signs of violent behavior.
