Abstract
Post-surgical pain is often a problem for patients, so that needs to be done nursing interventions to decrease the pain. One form of such intervention isrelaxation deep breath and murottal Al Faatihah. The purpose of this implementation is to evaluate the effect of relaxation deep breath against the loss process the pain scale on the passion of post apendisitis surgery. This implementation using a case study. Where the author uses subjek one male patients and three female who were treated with pain vision apendisitis in Job Cendana Bhayangkara Semarang Hospital that is experiencing the problem of pain given treatment non pharmacological for 1 days, the method of data collection using interview techniques, physical examination and documentation. Methods descriptive analysis by comparing the conditions before and after the technique is carried out in nonpharmacological relaxation deep breath and murottal Al Faatihah with the measuring instruments i.e. pain scale numberik. After done the application using the techniques of relaxation deep breath and murottal Al Faatihah. relaxation for 1 days. Results obtained a decrease in pain scale and the patient can control the scale of pain. Can were summed up from this implementation is the loss process the pain scale of patients after apendisitis surgery is significant with the use of relaxation deep breath and murotta Al Faatihah.
