Abstract
Hemorrhoids are a disease that is very common in society and has existed since time immemorial. Currently the treatment of hemorrhoidal healing which is the gold standard is surgery hemoroidectomy. However, postoperative pain in hemorrhoidectomy is still a problem large caused by perianal spasm. The purpose of the author can be understood nursing care in patients with post hemorrhoidectomy pain report nonpharmacological action on pain reduction. The method The writer used a descriptive method with a case study presentation through nursing care approaches namely assessment, enforcement of nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing. Nursing action 3x24 the hours performed on the client by post hemorrhoidectomy are taught non-pharmacological techniques for reducing pain, namely encouraging clients to choose a comfortable lying position, teach clients progressive muscle relaxation. After applying the progressive muscle relaxation technique for 3 (three) days there was a decrease in the pain scale in patients post op hemoroidectomy. .
