Abstract
The aims of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of product, price, promotion and place to Bioskop XXI Paragon Mall in Semarang. The method of collecting data using questionnaire and analysis techniques used Multiple Linear Regression Test to the 100 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and testing techniques of data used in this study include the Validity Test, Reliability Test And Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that the variable product, price, promotion and place were positive and significant on the customer loyality. Keyword : Product, Price, Promotion and Place, Customer Loyality, Bioskop XXI Paragon Mall Semarang.
