Abstract

Clinical laboratories are health laboratories that carry out clinical check specimen services to obtain information about individual health, especially to support disease diagnosis and recovery of health. Each Laboratory of the Public Health Center must be carried out properly by fulfilling the criteria of labor, facilities, infrastructure, equipment and equipment, inspection activities, occupational health and safety, and quality. Workforce criteria, facilities, infrastructure, equipment and equipment, inspection activities, occupational health and safety, and quality are the minimum provisions that must be met in the implementation of the Community Health Center Laboratory. The research design used is non-experiment with descriptive type with a survey approach to laboratory facilities and infrastructure of the UPTD Public Health Center. The results of this study indicate that the minimum requirements of laboratory facilities and rooms do not meet the standards, the results of research on building construction Laboratory has met the standards, the requirements of Laboratory equipment do not meet the standards, the use and maintenance of equipment in the Laboratory have complied with standards, Occupational Health and Safety requirements in the Laboratory have met the standards .
