Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemeriksaan hemoglobin merupakan salah satu bentuk pemeriksaan dibidang hematologi untuk membantu penegakan diagnosa.Pemeriksaan hasil hemoglobin dalam keadaan normal dipengaruhi pada antikoagulan yang digunakan. Antikoagulan EDTA adalah suatu zat yang dapat menghambat terjadinya pembekuan darah. Salah satu tumbuhan yang dapat di jadikan antikoagulan alternatif selain EDTA adalah ekstrak batang mangrove (Aegiceras corniculatum). Ekstrak batang mangrove (Aegiceras corniculatum) memiliki senyawa flavanoid yang menghambat terjadinya pembekuan darah berkontribusi sebagai antikoagulan, mengingat masih terdapat daerah di indonesia yang masih kekurangan antikoagulan ini di pilih sebagai alternatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil pemeriksaan hemoglobin menggunakan antikoagulan EDTA dan ekstrak batang mangrove (Aegiceras corniculatum) mahasiswa DIV analis kesehatan lintas jalur kelas d. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan total populasi 31 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah16 sampel dengan 2 kali perlakuan jadi total sampel 32. Uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yatu uji Shapiro Wilk. Hasil rerata antikoagulan EDTA 13,37g/dL sedangkan hasil rerata ekstrak batang mangrove (Aegiceras corniculatum) 12,75 g/dL. Kemudian dilakukan uji Independent Sampel Test dengan nilai(sig(2-railed). 1.66), menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan hasil yang bermakna antara antikoagulan EDTA dan ekstrak betang mangrove (Argiceras corniculatum). The anticoagulant EDTA is a substance which can inhibit the occurrence of blood clots. One of the plants that can make anticoagulant alternative in addition to EDTA is an extract of the stems of mangrove (Aegiceras corniculatum). Extract of the stem of mangrove (Aegiceras corniculatum) has a compound flavanoid which inhibits the occurrence of blood clots contribute as an anticoagulant, considering there are still areas in indonesia still lack of anticoagulation in this select as an alternative. The purpose of this study is to determine the differences in the results of the examination of hemoglobin using the anticoagulant EDTA and the extracts of stems of the mangrove (Aegiceras corniculatum) student DIV health analysts and cross-track class d. This type of research is analytic with approach cross sectional, with a total population of 31 people. The sample in this study adalah16 the sample with 2 times treatment so the total sample 32. The test used in this study, i.e. test Shapiro Wilk. Results the mean of the anticoagulant EDTA 13,37 g/dL while the mean of the extract of the stem of mangrove (Aegiceras corniculatum) 12,75 g/dL. Then test the Independent Samples Test with the value of(sig(2-railed). 1.66), indicating no differences in outcomes that are meaningful between the anticoagulants EDTA and extract betang mangrove (Argiceras corniculatum).
