Abstract

ABSTRAK Gen P14 penyandi PRE-1 spesifik hanya dijumpai pada daging babi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk identifikasi campuran daging babi pada sosis sapi yang belum melalui proses pengujian dari Balai Penanggulangan Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) atau yang belum memiliki label halal yang diperoleh dari agen sosis berdasarkan gen P14. Amplifikasi gen P14 menggunakan metode PCR. Sampel sosis positif mengandung gen cyt b dengan produk 274 bp yang menandakan komposisinya adalah daging sapi dan tidak mengandung cemaran daging babi. This study aims to identify pork mixture in beef sausages that have not yet been tested by the food and drug control agency (BPOM) or which dont have a halal label yet obatained from sausage agents based on the P14 gene. Amplification of the P14 gene using the PCR method. Positive sausage samples contain Cyt b gene with 274 bp product which indicates that the composition is beef and does not contain pork contamination.
