Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang :RSGM Unimus merupakan rumah sakit gigi dan mulut yang baru akan beroperasi, tetapi RSGM Unimus berusaha sesuai standar pada Permenkes Nomor 1173/MENKES/PER/2004 tentang Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut. Poli spesialistik periodonsi merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di RSGM Unimus yang digunakan sebagai obyek penelitian untuk pembuatan penentuan tarif pelayanan dengan menggunakan metode ABC (Activity based cost). Tujuan :Mendapatkan keakuratan informasi dalam menentukan tarif pelayanan bagian rawat jalan poli gigi spesialistik periodonsi RSGM Unimus. Metode :Diskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus dilakukan open end method berupa Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil : Tarif pelayanan poli gigi spesialistik periodonsi diantaranya: konsultasi Rp 195.242, Operasi crown lengthening Rp 502.141, scaling USS Rp 211.772, tarif kuretase (root planning) Rp 321.856, Penanganan Gigi Hipersensitif Rp 431.338, ENAP atau Flap Periodontal Rp 370.694, Splinting wire Rp 343.526, Splinting dengan fiber Rp 411.055, Splinting dengan fiber berikutnya Rp 411.055, Oclusal Adjustment Rp 335.011, Gingivektomi Rp 329.681, Frenektomi Rp 329.681, Operculectomy Rp 303.082, Resesi Gingiva Rp 381.541, Osteotomi atau Osteoplasi Rp 382.126, Depigmentasi gingiva Rp 306.740, Vestibuloplasty Rp 356.695, Ekstirpasi Epulis Gingiva Rp 378.635, Modified Widman Flap Rp 375.273, Partially Reflected Mucoperiosteal Flaps Rp 369.670, Hemisection Rp 380.633, Aplikasi Metronidazole Gel Rp 352.944, Reparasi Fixed Appliance Rp 304.141, Fully Reflected Mucoperiosteal Rp 369.752, Bone graft Rp 357.217, Platelet rich plasma (Platelet rich fibrin) Rp 357.025. Kesimpulan :Tarif tersebut telah disesuaikan dengan data yang ada di RSGM Unimus, sehingga tarif yang didapatkan tidak melambung terlalu tinggi.
