Abstract

Preanalitic phase of laboratory analysis covers device and reagen preparation, taking material and the work of antikoagulan increment. Routine blood Test ari influenced by blood ratio with EDTA antikoagulan. The goal oh this research is to find The difference of routine blood analysis of giving antikoagulan between Konvesional EDTA and Vacutainer EDTA. The research is an analytic one. This research si done in the clinic patology of the nursing and health faculty Muhammadiyah University Semarang. The sample was taken by purposive sampling on 16 DIII students of health analysis fifth semester of the nursing and health faculty Muhammadiyah Semarang in 2016. It is done by doing routine blood examination on giving EDTA Vacutainer antikoagulan. Based on this research Thar has been done, it’s found an average of some eritrosits pusing EDTA Konvesional is 4.768.750, EDTA Vacutainer 4.950.000, the averange of the number of leucosits pusing EDTA Konvesional is 7869, EDTA Vacutainer is 8.236, the averange of the number trombosits using EDTA Konvesional 252.938, using EDTA Vacutainer 280.313. The averange of hemoglobin using EDTA Konvesional 12,4, using EDTA Vacutainer 12,9. The avarange amount of hematokrit using EDTA Konvesional is 36,5 using EDTA Vacutainer 37,6. The test Renault of Paired T Test of the number of eritrosit, hemoglobin, hematokrit bas found the signifikan difference by p=0,000, wilcoxon signed Rank Test, for the number of leukosit and trombosit there is significan difference in p=0,000.
