Abstract

The measurement of blood glucose levels when is examination filter. Enforce diagnosis diabetes mellitus (DM) to be in see origin material blood taken off line examination used. Way standard used for examination blood glucose levels is the way enzymatic by using venous blood. A blood glucose levels are also able to use capillaries with test strip, Examination test strip need to pay attention to the blood technique the capillaries good and right. The purpose of this research is to knows the difference blood glucose levels when on blood capillary and venous blood with test strip on a glukometer research methodology namely glukometer with a population and samples from 20 outpatients at hospital bhayangkara semarang. Blood glucose levels did in check with the methods glukometer to knows the difference glucose levels capillary and a vein use test shapiro wilk obtained data berdistribusi normal .The results of the study obtained rerata blood glucose capillary highest 154 mg / dl lowest 76 mg / dl and rerata blood glucose a vein highest 170 mg / dl lowest 86 mg / dl. The results of the analysis test wilcoxon p = 0,000 ≤ 0.05 so ho rejected . Concluded that there is a difference in significant on the outcome of the difference blood glucose levels when on blood capillary and a vein.
