Abstract

Diabetes melitus is a group of metabolic disease with characteristic hiperglicemia that occurs due to abnormal insulin secretion, insulin action or both. Ths study uses Quasi eksperiment design with one group pre test post test design. The subject obtained using a purposive sampling as many as 17 with diabetes melitus respondents. The data collection technique uses interview sheet and the ABI measurement uses observation sheet. Normality examination uses Saphiro-Wilk, descriptive analyze and Paired t-Test examination. The research result shows that at the first diabetic foot exercise treatment has not showed significant enhancement towards the ABI value (p value 0,643). At the second diabetic foot exercise (p value 0,005) and the third diabetic foot exercise (p value 0,000) shows that there is influence of diabetic foot exercise towards the enhancement of ABI value at the second and third diabetic foot exercise treatment.
