Abstract

Leisure time have definition in many words, in terms of time, activity or thinking condition. In terms of time, leisure time is free time from all obligations and purposes. Time in daily life is like a resourse. Because have a limited time, just 24 hours in one day. The limited of time should be maximal utilization for activity in everyday. The purpose of this research is to know description of utilize leisure time to factory workers in the PT. Yang Ming International. The kind of this research is qualitative research. This sample is 5 respondents and used key person method. Data colletion technique is pursosive sampling. The result of this research is utilization of leisure time to factory workers in the Yang Ming International, their activities move around in the residence. And be base the kind of leisure time activity, the factory workers have many activities with family and home. Be based of leisure time quality, the factory workers have intropet about leisure time is quality time with family. Then be based utilize of leisure time, the factory workers fells it is relieve of stress and back the physical condition. Finaly, be based the expectitation of leisure time, the factory workers can be positive effect for their self and else. Keywords: Leisure time, Factory Workers
