Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain: the effect of Profitability on Business Scale, Effect of Operational Efficiency on Business Scale, and the effect of Productivity on Business Scale on Potato Farmers in Gunung Malang Kalikajar Wonosobo Village. The data used in this study are primary data. The sampling method used is the saturated sample method, the saturated sample is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Another term for saturated samples is census. Then an analysis of the data obtained by using quantitative data analysis. Quantitative analysis includes the T test and F test, as well as the coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. Data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and the assumption test is processed to produce the following regression equation: Y = 1.564 + 0.214 X1 + 0.183 X2 + 0.084 X3. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test showed that all independent variables profitability, operational efficiency and labor productivity had a positive effect on the dependent variable Business Scale. Figures R Square of 0.534 shows that 53.0% of business scale variables can be explained by three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 47.0% is explained by other variables not analyzed in this study. Keywords: Profitability, Operational Efficiency, Labor Productivity and Business Scale.
