Abstract

ABSTRAK Kondisi lingkungan hidup saat ini menjadi masalah yang paling sering terjadi di Indonesia. Salah satu permasalahan hidup yang dihadapi yaitu permasalahan sampah. Dampak adanya sampah terhadap lingkungan yaitu ekosistem perairan biologis dan juga dapat menyebabkan pencemaran tanah, tanah menjadi tidak subur akibat adanya zat-zat limbah beracun yang masuk ke dalam tanah. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut salah satunya melalui pendidikan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Manusia harus semakin pintar dan bijak dalam mengelola maupun memperbaiki kualitas lingkungan agar mampu mengatasi permasalahan adanya sampah tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan pengembangan media pembelajaran pendidikan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan kelayakan media ajar kimia “E-Compost” berbasis android. Pengembangan pembuatan “E-Compost” Berbasis Android mengadopsi model ADDIE dengan mengambil beberapa tahap, yaitu analisis (analyz), desain (design), pengembangan (development) dan evaluasi(evaluate). Metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar validasi dan angket respon. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa “E-Compost” memperoleh data penilaian dari ahli materi dan ahli media berturut-turut sebesar 4,9 dan 4,7 dengan kriteria sangat layak. Aplikasi “E-Compost” diujicobakan ke 10 peserta didik dengan skor hasil respon sebesar 4,1 dengan kriteria layak sedangkan respon dari 2 pendidik memperoleh skor sebesar 4,6 dengan kriteria sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan valid untuk digunakan. One of the problems faced in life is the problem of waste. The impact of waste on the environment is biological aquatic ecosystems and can also cause soil pollution, the soil becomes infertile due to the presence of waste substances that enter the soil. One of the ways to overcome this problem is through education by utilizing digital technology. Humans must be smarter and wiser in managing and improving the quality of the environment in order to be able to overcome the problem of the presence of such waste. Based on these problems, it is necessary to develop environmental education learning media. The purpose of this study was to determine the location of the android-based “E-Compost” chemical media. The development of making "E-Compost" Based on Android adopts the ADDIE model by taking several stages, namely analysis (analysis), design (design), development (development), and evaluation (evaluation). Methods of data collection in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. This research instrument uses validation and response questionnaires. The results showed that "E-Compost" obtained assessment data from material experts and media experts of 4.9 and 4.7, respectively, with very decent criteria. The "E-Compost" application was tested on 10 students with a response score of 4.1 with the criteria, while the responses from 2 educators got a score of 4.6 with very decent criteria.
