Abstract

Background: At this time, the health center has a Chronic Disease Control Program (PROLANIS) in collaboration with the Social Security Agency (BPJS). Patients who follow in health center PROLANIS Banjardawa as many 40 patients. The patients of Diabetes Mellitus execute diet to regulate and decrease carbohydrate in order to be a nutrition disturbance that contain of Fe. It is one of the factors that in influence hemoglobin amount. Objective: The Influence of PROLANIS toward Hemoglobin Level in Patients DM Type II. Methods: In this study, researcher uses a pre-experimental research design with a design that researcher uses One Group Pretest-Posttest design in which one group of subjects is observed before the intervention (pretest), then it is observed again after intervention (posttest). Results: Hemoglobin level before is 13,0 with the normal value, the result after the hemoglobin level is 13,50 with normal value. There is effect of PROLANIS toward hemoglobin level in patients mellitus type II with the result p value = 0,017 < α (0,05). Suggestions: The result of the research becomes the government’s policy to increase the health services to the people who suffer DM Type II. It can add knowledge and experience of the researcher about the nursing research, as additional of the next researcher to conduct research of PROLANIS, and as a reference for the further research about the program that is associated to hemoglobin level.
