Abstract

Diarrhea is too much loss of fluid and electrolyte happen because defecate frequency is more then three time a day with liquid stool Consistency. the diarrhea number at central java in 2015 is about 489.124 case, especially at Semarang City is 22.305 diarrhea case (Badan Pusat statistic, 2015). Based on data accumulation total number of outpatient recorded as 116 diarrhea case that treated in Ismail room roemani muhammadiyah semarang hospital for August to october 2016 periode. This research objective is knowing risk prediction of diarrhea kids malnutrition based on STRONGKIDS with descriptive quantitative research.. This research conducted on 27 January to 12 February 2017 at Ismail room Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang hospital with 50 samples and used measure STRONGKIDS Questionnaire. The result showed of diarrhea age at most 1 – 3 year old, 29 people (58%). Based on gender at most happen to boys, 31 orang (62%). Majority kids incurred by acute diarrhea is 50 people (100%). Normal nutrient has mal nutrition risk 56% that consist of 48% intermediate diarrhea and 8% high diarrhea risk. Less nutrition contain at least 22% that consist 12% intermediate malnutrition and 10% high malnutrition risk. Bad nutrition consist 18% that consist 12% intermediet bad nutrition and 6% high risk malnutrition. Nutrition has more risk 4% . recommend from instcuction, the nurse is scrining in time do skiring more then prevent malnutitien mal nutrition risk. Keywords: Diarrhea, STRONGKIDS
