Abstract
The degree of BPJS patient satisfaction most depends on the quality of service, this quality of service can fulfill the needs of as a characteristics that representing of patient satisfaction. So the degree of satisfaction is regarded as a function from the difference between the performance and the expectations. If the performance is under the patient's expectations, it will be disappointed, and if the performance is same with it, the patient will be satisfied and if the performance is more than the patient’s expectations, the patients will be very satisfied. The purpose of this research is knowing the description of the degree of satisfaction of BPJS patient visit in health district Petarukan. Type of this research is descriptive. Sampling is done by sampling with sample assidental that amount 122 respondents. Analysis of the research data uses SPSS version 21, frequency description. The results of the research from 122 respondents showed that the description of aspect reliability is majority of 99.2%. Responsiveness mostly satisfied 97.5% tangible mostly satisfied 98.4 %. Assurance mostly 98,4 % and the empathy most of them stated 97,5 %. Conclusion The degree of BPJS patient satisfaction generally is not satisfied overall. It is expected that health district should give optimum services and care about five dimensions of patient satisfaction. Key word : The satisfaction of BPJS patient
