Abstract

Disorder hallucinations that can be controlled with Actions rebuke. Act of rebuke is an attempt to control myself against hallucinations with how to resist the hallucinations that appeared. The patient is trained to say no to the hallucinations that appear or do not care about his hallucinations. This study aims to determine the effect of application of rebuke to decrease the level of auditory hallucinations in patients with schizophrenia. In the research using descriptive method. In this study, the data collection method used is by interview. Analysis of the data used to measure symptoms of hallucinations in patients prior actions rebuke and after done actions rebuked with the evaluation sheet that has been provided. The results obtained from the 2 patients there is a change in the symptoms of hallucinations before and after done actions rebuke, can be seen from the evaluation sheet on the symptoms. Then plan a follow-up, evaluate the patient's ability to rebuke and contract time for further action. So it can be concluded that the actions of the rebuke has a particularly good influence on changes in the symptoms of hallucinations in patients in RSJD Dr. Amino gondohutomo semarang. This suggests that the actions of the self of the nurse are integrated in nursing care, one of which is the act of rebuke, it needs to be maintained.
