Abstract

This Research Aims To Analyze And Describe The Effect Of Using Mobile Banking Speed, Security, Accuracy, And Trust To Customer Satisfaction At Pt. Bank Mandiri Kaligawe Semarang Branch. This research method uses quantitative methods.The population in this study were all customers who were registered as mobile banking users at PT. Mandiri Kaligawe Semarang Branch, with 8,607 customers in 2019-2020.This research is a type of primary data with quantitative methods. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS 26. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 100 respondents who were distributed directly to PT Bank Mandiri Kaligawe Semarang Branch. The results of the t-test show that partially, only 4 variables have an effect, namely relevant, reliability, comparable, and timely. While the variables can be understood not to affect the quality of the budget. It is shown from the results of the t-test that the value of tcount is greater than ttable, while that which has no effect is because the value of tcount is smaller than ttable.Simultaneously, the relevant variables, reliability, understandability, comparability and timeliness have been shown to have a significant effect on budget quality at PT Bank Mandiri In Kaligawe. In the F test, the calculated F is 32,582 and the F table value is 2,51. This means that the calculated F is greater than the F table (32.582> 2.51) with a coefficient of determination of 71.2%. and the remaining 28.8% is influenced by other factors not examined.
