Abstract

This study uses case studies in banking because the banking sector is an economic sector that plays an important role of economic growth, in the banking sector requires the role of promotion and service to satisfy its customers. This research uses descriptive method that is quantitative and qualitative because this research relates to the object of research is the customer by collecting data and information relating to the promotion and banking services to customer satisfaction and tailored to the purpose of research. Sample size determination in this study using Slovin formula with Sample size of 100 respondents with sampling technique using Cluster Sampling method. The sampling technique used questionnaire while the secondary data were interview. For data analysis using SPSS 21 program.The result of this research shows 1) Promotion has positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at BPRS Artha Surya Barokah Semarang, 2) Promotion has positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at BPRS Artha Surya Barokah Semarang, 3) Promotion with moderation Service has negative and insignificant effect to Customer Satisfaction at BPRS Artha Surya Barokah Semarang, Keywords: Promotion, Service, Moderation, Customer Satisfaction.
