Abstract
Background: PT. YWTS is a very high industry against fire. This research can be done by knowing the level of awareness and the attitude of emergency response on workers based on age, education, job sharing, fire simulation and experience participation.Method: Analytical review with cross sectional approach. The sample of research is office workers and field workers with the number of samples. Data analysis used Chi Square test. Results: The results obtained partially subtract knowledge (50.0%). Some workers have a positive attitude (56.1%). Older workers were more (51.2%) than younger workers (48.8%). Junior high school education is the number (36.6%) while S1 is the lowest (8.5%). More field division workers (81.7%) than office division workers (18.3%). Workers who have been persecuted more (59.8%) than workers who never (40.2%). Workers are never reckoned with more (52.4%) than workers ever (47.6%). There is no difference of opinion (p-value 0,191). There is a difference in education-based knowledge (p-value 0,000). There is a difference in knowledge based on the division of labor (p value-0.001). There is a difference in knowledge based on the participation of the simulation (p-value 0,000). There is no difference in knowledge based on experience (p-value 0.136). There is no price difference between p. There are differences in attitude based on education (p-value 0.001). There are different attitude based on job division (p-value 0,008). There are different attitudes toward the participation of the simulation (p-value 0.041). There is no difference in attitude based on experience (p-value 0.403). Conclusion: There are differences in knowledge and attitude based on education, job division, and simulation participation.
