Abstract
Background: The Reproduction health problem is one of the serious problem in Public Health scope. The KTD case advances in every year. In 2012, there was 63 cases and in 2013 there was 64 cases. The mentoring program in the Peer Educator group is one of effort to prevent in order that the teenager case does not happen in the school and create the responsible students to themselves. The evaluation is done to rate the mentoring program by Pilar PKBI Central Java to Peer Educator group in SMAN 14 Semarang. Method: The data collecting passes through the indeed interview and FGD to the main informan (peer educator group (PE) and informan supporter (Headmaster, PE Constructor, mentoring program holder, and students gotten the information from PE). The validation and the data reliabilitation use triangulation sumber and the reference material. Result: In input, the quantity and quality of SDM have been enough. The material and facilities infrastructure have supported as needed and method used be able to attract the students to understand. In process, the mentoring implementation has been good and fluent, but the montering is just done by school staff and not done systematically. In output, the program has been effective, seen by students interest, improvement and knowledge, and decreasing the KTD number in SMAN 14 Semarang. The program has not been efficient because the broadcast time allocation is still less than optimal ie students’ tiring condition and less coordination and become the pritoritized thing to be repaired by changing the mentoring execution time. Conclusion and Recommendation: Input and process have been run well so that the program is considered quite effective. But, the program has not been efficient because the less time allocation. The time changing implementation is hoped be able to be changed become more appropriate in orther that the program can run better. Keywords: Evaluation, program, mentoring, Peer Educator
