Abstract

Background:Based on data of Indonesia Health Demographic Surveyin 2015, Maternal Mortality Rate in Indonesia is 305 / 100.000 live births. This is still far below the MDGS target of 2016-2030, which is 70 / 100,000 live births.One effort to reduce the Mortality Rate is through routine and effective pregnancy examination (Antenatal Care). One indicator of antenatal care is the coverage of K4 Antenatal Visits.K4 coverage at Wonosegoro II Community Health Center is still low (70.8%).There are several factors that affect the K4 antenatal visit such as education, knowledge, distance to health facilities and quality ANC services. Method: this study includes quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. the results of the study were tested using Chi Square statistical test and multiple logistic regression test using SPSS. Results: there is a relationship an educational (pvalue = 0,031), knowledge (p value = 0,001), house distance to health facility (p value = 0,027), and quality ANC service (p value = 0,001) with K4 Antenatal Visits. The most dominant factor is knowledge with p value 0.014 and OR 21.132.Summary:There is a relationship of education, knowledge, home distance to health facilities and quality ANC services with Antenatal Visits.
