Abstract
Latar Belakang : Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia mengetmasih sangat tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi angka kematian antara lain adalah minimnya pengetahuan tentang risiko-risiko kehamilan yang diakibatkan karena rendahnya tingkat pendidikan, pemeliharaan kehamilan, pengetahuan tentang gizi dalam kehamilan, keadaan ekonomi atau tingkat pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kunjungan ANC, tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan keluarga dan risiko tinggi kehamilan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kedungmundu. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 58 ibu hamil dengan sampel 51 ibu hamil. Variabel dalam penelitian ini kunjungan ANC, tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan keluarga dan risiko tinggi kehamilan. Hasil : Kunjungan ANC lengkap 50 (9,8%), kunjungan ANC tidak lengkap 1 (2,0%). Tingkat pendidikan terbanyak yaitu SMP 21 (41,2%) dan pendidikan paling sedikit yaitu diploma/sarjana 4 (7,8%). Pendapatan keluarga paling banyak dengan pendapatan keluarga rendah 29 (56,9%). Kategori risiko kehamilan KRR 20 (39,2%), KRT 29 (56,9%), KRST 2 (3,9%). Kesimpulan : Kunjungan ANC sebagian besar telah lengkap, pendididikan responden paling banyak tingkat SMP, pendapatan responden rendah dan ibu hamil dengan risiko tinggi sebanyak 31 responden. Kata Kunci : kunjungan ANC, tingkat pedidikan, pendapatan keluarga, risiko tinggi kehamilan Background: Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is very high. Factors affecting mortality include lack of knowledge about pregnancy risks caused by low levels of education, pregnancy maintenance, knowledge of nutrition in pregnancy, economic condition or income level. This study aims to describe ANC visits, education level, family income and high risk of pregnancy in the work area of Kedungmundu Puskesmas. Method: This research type is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 58 pregnant women with 51 samples of pregnant women. The variables in this study visit ANC, education level and family income and high risk of pregnancy. Result: A complete ANC visit of 50 (9.8%), incomplete ANC visit 1 (2.0%). The highest education level is SMP 21 (41,2%) and the least education is diploma / bachelor degree 4 (7,8%). The highest family income with low family income was 29 (56.9%). Category of pregnancy risk KRR 20 (39.2%), KRT 29 (56.9%), KRST 2 (3.9%). Conclusions: Most of the ANC visits are complete, the respondent's education at the most junior high level, the income of the respondent is low and the high risk pregnant women are 31 respondents.
