Abstract

Latar Belakang: PLKB adalah Pegawai pemerintah daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Desa/ Kelurahan bertugas melaksanakan/ mengelola, menggerakkan, memberdayakan serta menggalang dan mengembangkan kemitraan dengan berbagai pihak dalam pelaksanaan program KB. kinerja PLKB diperlukan untuk menggencarkan penggunaan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (MKJP) salah satunya adalah alkon implant. Beberapa faktor penyebab wanita enggan menggunakan MKJP adalah implant, pelayanan KB, kesediaan alat kontrasepsi, penyampaian konseling maupun Komunikasi Informasi Edukasi dan hambatan budaya yang merupakan ranah kerja PLKB. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja PLKB. Metode: Desain Penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional,dengan uji chi square. Populasi sebanyak 74 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil: Usia lansia akhir lebih sedikit daripada dewasa awal (12,2%). Pendidikan S2 lebih sedikit daripada S1, D3 dan SMA (9,5%). Jenis kelamin perempuan lebih sedikit daripada laki-laki (48,6%). Motivasi kategori kurang lebih sedikit daripada kategori baik (45,9%). Masa kerja kategori baru lebih sedikit daripada kategori lama (24,3%), Jarak keterjangkauan kategori sedang dan jauh memiliki proporsi yang seimbang (50,0%). Kinerja kategori kurang lebih sedikit daripada kategori baik (23,0%). Simpulan: Tidak ada hubungan antara Usia dengan kinerja (p= 0,372). Tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan kinerja (p= 0,126). Ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan kinerja (p= 0,018). Tidak ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan kinerja (p= 0,916). Tidak ada hubungan antara masa kerja dengan kinerja (p= 0,748). Tidak ada hubungan antara jarak dengan kinerja (p= 0,053).Kata kunci: Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan Kinerja PLKB, Pelayanan Safari KB. Background: PLKB is a district / municipality government employee in the village / districts in charge of implementing / managing, mobilizing, empowering and raising and developing partnerships with various parties in the implementation of family planning programs. the performance of PLKB is needed to intensify the use of long term contraception method (MKJP) one of them is alkon implant. The purpose of research to determine factors related to the performance of PLKB. Method: Quantitative research design with cross sectional design, with chi square test. The population is 74 people with total sampling technique. Instruments used using questionnaires. Results: The age of the last elderly were fewer than the initial adult (12.2%). S2 education is less than S1, D3 and SMA (9.5%). Female gender is less than male (48,6%). The less category motivation is less than the good category (45.9%). The new period of service category is less than the old category (24.3%), Medium category and affordability distance has a balanced proportion (50.0%). Less performance categories is few than good performance category (23.0%). Conclusion: There is no correlation between age with performance (p = 0.372). There is no correlation between education and performance (p = 0.126). There was a relation between gender and performance (p = 0.018). There is no correlation between motivation and performance (p = 0.916). There is no correlation between the period of service with performance (p = 0.748).
