Abstract

Kejadian TB paru di wilayah UPT Puskesmas Tunjungan Blora 20 orang dan dapat terjadi penularan TB paru lebih dari 200 orang ( suspek TB paru ). Gambaran suspek TB paru antara lain : jenis kelamin, umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, kondisi rumah, lingkungan endemis TB dan pengetahuan tentang TB. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran suspek TB di wilayah UPT Puskesmas Tunjungan Blora. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif untuk mengetahui gambaran suspek TB paru di wilayah UPT Puskesmas Tunjungan Blora dengan jumlah responden suspek TB paru 95 orang. Lokasi penelitian di wilayah UPT Puskesmas Tunjungan Blora. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner dan melakukan pemeriksaan dahak secara mikroskopis dengan pengecatan Ziel Nelson. Hasil penelitian suspek TB paru di wilayah UPT Puskesmas Tunjungan Blora berdasarkan (a). perempuan 55 orang ( 58,0 %) dan laki – laki 40 orang ( 42,0 %), (b) Mayoritas umur produktif 36 – 45 tahun yaitu 21 orang ( 22,2%), pendidikan tidak sekolah – SD: 72 orang ( 75,8 %) dan pendidikan SMP – Perguruan Tinggi 23 orang ( 24,2 %), tidak bekerja/ Ibu Rumah Tangga 43 orang ( 45,3% ) dan bekerja 52 orang ( 57,4 %), kondisi rumah buruk 62 orang ( 65,3% ) dan kondisi rumah baik 33 orang ( 34,7 %) , lingkungan endemis TB 22 orang ( 23,2% ), pengetahuan tentang TB kurang 66 oran ( 69,0% ) dan hasil pemeriksaan dahak secara mikroskopis BTA positif 8 orang ( 8,4% ). Kata Kunci : TB Paru, UPT Puskesmas Tunjungan Blora, Suspek TB The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in UPT Public Health Center of Tunjungan Blora was 20 people and the transmission of pulmonary tuberculosis was more than 200 people (suspect pulmonary tuberculosis). The features of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis include: sex, age, education, occupation, home conditions, TB endemic environment and knowledge of TB. The purpose of this research is to know the picture of suspect TB in UPT Public Health Center of Tunjungan Blora. The research method is descriptive to know the picture of suspect tuberculosis tuberculosis in UPT Public Health Center of Tunjungan Blora with the number of respondent suspect of lung TB 95 person. Research location in UPT Public Health Center of Tunjungan Blora. Data collection techniques were conducted by giving a questionnaire and performing microscopic sputum examination with Ziel Nelson's painting. The results of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis in UPT Public Health Center of Tunjungan Blora area were (a). women 55 people (58.0%) and men 40 people (42.0%), (b) The majority of productive age 36 - 45 years old are 21 people (22.2%), non-school education - (75,8%) and junior high education - 23 colleges (24,2%), unemployed / housewife 43 people (45,3%) and work 52 people (57,4%), bad house condition 62 (65,3%) and home condition of 33 people (34,7%), endemic environment TB 22 people (23,2%), knowledge of TB less 66 oran (69,0%) and microscopic sputum BTA positive 8 people (8.4%).
