Abstract

Pendahuluan : Hiperkolesterol merupakan salah satu gangguan kadar lemak dalam darah. Hiperkolesterol berhubungan erat dengan kadar albumin. Kolesterol, trigliserida dan LDL dapat teroksidasi, sehingga akan terbentuk radikal bebas yang diketahui dapat merusak sel-sel endotel. Kerusakan ini akan mencetuskan reaksi inflamasi yang akan berpengaruh terhadap kadar albumin plasma, sehingga dapat memicu resiko terjadinya penyakit jantung koroner. Kandungan senyawa kafein dan asam klorogenat pada kopi serta senyawa volatile oil dan thymoquinone pada minyak jintan hitam diketahui mampu meningkatkan kadar albumin pada penderita hiperkolesterol. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah megetahui efek pemberian kopi dan minyak jintan hitam terhadap kadar albumin tikus Sprague dawley hiperkolestrol. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian true experimental dengan rancangan Pre-post Controlled Group Design pada 30 ekor tikus yang diberi pakan tinggi lemak. 30 ekor tikus dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok, terdiri dari kelompok kontrol (-); kontrol (+); pemberian kopi; pemberian minyak jintan hitan, serta pemberian kombinasi kopi dan minyak jintan hitam. Dilakukan analisis kadar albumin pada pre dan post perlakuan. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji beda statistik parametrik One Way ANOVA, dilanjutkan dengan uji statistik Duncan. Hasil Penelitian : Pemberian kopi mampu meningkatkan kadar albumin tikus sebesar 0,905 mg/dl. Pemberian minyak jintan hitam mampu meningkatkan kadar albumin tikus sebesar 1,934 mg/dl. Pemberian kombinasi kopi dan minyak jintan hitam mampu meningkatkan kadar albumin tikus sebesar 1,070 mg/dl. Pemberian simvastatin sebagai kontrol + mampu meningkatkan kadar albumin tikus sebesar 2,535 mg/dl. Sedangkan pada tikus kontrol (-), kadar albumin tikus turun sebesar 0,135 mg/dl. Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara pemberian seduhan kopi, minyak jintan hitam, serta seduhan kopi dan minyak jintan hitam terhadap kadar albumin tikus Sprague dawley hiperkolesterol. Pemberian perlakuan yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan kadar albumin tikus hiperkolesterol adalah minyak jintan hitam. Kata Kunci : Kopi, Minyak Jintan Hitam, Albumin Background : Hypercholesterol is one of derangement of blood’s fat level. Hypercholesterol has strong correlation with albumin level. Cholesterol, trygliseride and LDL could teroksidasi, in result of the forming free radicals that could causing damage on endotel’s cell. This damage will form inflamed reaction that affecting the level of plasma albumin, and in result of triggering the risk coronary heart disease. Caffein and chlorogenat acid on coffee also volatile oil and thymoquinone on black cumin oil are known to increase albumin level of people with hypercholesterol. This research is aiming to know the effectiveness of coffee and black cumin oil intervention toward albumin level of Sprague dawley mice with hypercholesterol Method : This research is true experimental research with pre-post controlled group design on 30 mice that feed with high fat woof. 3o mice are divided into 5 groups, consist of control group -, control +, coffee intervention, black cumin oil, and the combination of coffee and black cumin oil. Analyzed is done into albumin level of pre and post intervention. Statistical analysis is using one way anova, continued with Duncan Result : Coffee intervention could increase mice’s albumin level for about 0.905 mgdl. Black cumin oil intervention could increase mice’s albumin level for about 1.934 mgdl. Intervention of the combination of coffee and black cumin oil could increase mice’s albumin level for 1.070 mgdl. Simvastatin intervention as the control + could increase mice’s albumin level for 2.535 mgdl. Otherwise mice with –control has decreasing albumin level for 0.135mgdl Conclusion : There is significant difference between coffee intervention, black cumin oil, and the combination of coffee and black cumin oil toward Sprague dawnley mice albumin level.
