Abstract

Metodecarikcelupdigunakankarenapraktisdancepat, meskiseringkaliadaketidaksesuaianhasilantaracarikcelupdanmetodeasamasetat 6%. Carikceluphanya sensitive terhadap albumin saja,globulin-globulin termasuk protein Bence Jones tidakdapatdinyatakan.Selainitupengaruhkonsentrasigaram-garamdalamurindankeasamanurinberbedauntukteskekeruhandantesmemakaicarikcelup.Pemeriksaan protein urindenganasamAsetat 6% cukuppeka, karena 0,004% protein dinyatakandengantesini. Tesinilebih sensitive jikauntukmemeriksa albumin, peptondan protein Bence Jones. Pemeriksaan protein urin di PuskesmasNgesrepmenggunakanmetodecarikcelup, tetapiseringkaliklinisimemintauntukkonfirmasidenganmetode standard, antara lain metodedenganpemanasanasamasetat 6%. Tujuanpenelitianuntukmengetahuisensitifitasdanspesifitasprotein urinmetodecarikcelupdanasamasetat 6% padaibuhamil.Jenispenelitiananalitikpendekatan cross sectional. Hasilpenelitianterhadap 33 sampelpenelitian protein urincarikceluphasilnegatif 17 sampel, positif 1 sebanyak 10 sampel, positif 2 sebanyak 4 sampel, danpositif 3 sebanyak 2 sampel.Protein urinasamasetat 6%, hasilnegatif 20 sampel, positif 1 sebanyak 9 sampel, danpositif 2 sebanyak 4 sampel.Ujisensitivitascarikcelupmempunyaisensitifitascukupbaik (85%) danspesivitas yang tinggi (100%). Kata kunci : protein urin, carikcelup, asamasetat, sensitifitas, spesivitas The dye-dip method is used because it is practical and fast, although there is often a mismatch between the dye-dip and the 6% acetic acid method. Dye-dip is only sensitive towards albumin alone, globulin-globulin including Bence Jones protein can not be expressed. In addition, the effect of urine salt concentration and urine acidity is different for turbidity test and dye-dip test. Examination of urine protein with 6%acetic acid is quite sensitive, since 0.004% protein is expressed by this test. This test is more sensitive in case to check albumin, pepton and BenceJonesprotein. Examination of urine protein on PuskesmasNgesrep is using dye-dip method, but often the clinician ask for confirmation by standard method, for example method with 6% of acetic acid heating. The research goal is to know the sensitivity and specificity of urine protein with dye-dip and 6%acetic acid method on pregnant women. The researchtype is analytical with cross sectional approach. The researchresult towards 33 research samples of dye-dip urine Protein was 17 samples of negative result, positive 1 as much as 10 samples, positive 2 as much as 4 samples, and positive 3 as much as 2 samples. Acetic acid urine protein was 6%, 20 samples of negative result, positive 1 as much as 9 samples, and positive 2 as much as 4 samples. The dye-dip sensitivity test has good enough sensitivity (85%) and high specificity (100%). Keywords: urine protein, dye-dip, acetic acid, sensitivity, specificity
