Abstract

Kata kunci : Staphylococcus aureus, Susu, gen Coa The purpose of this research is to detect the genes of the Coa on S. aureus was isolated from pure cow’s milk in Kelurahan Gedawang. Type of this research is descriptive. The bacteria S. aureus isolated from 15 samples of pure cow’s milk. Detection of a gene specific primer using Coa. Forward (5´- ATAGAGATGCTGGTACAGG-´3) and primer Coa Reverse (5´GCTTCCGATTGTTCGATGC-3´). The number of S. aureus isolates obtained from the isolation of bacteria as many as three positive samples had genes with Coa product results 756 bp. The results in this study showed a positive of 100% Coa gen. Keyword: Staphylococcus aureus, milk, gene Coa
