Abstract

Background: Heart disease in pregnancy is one of the most important causes of maternal non-obstetric death. The incidence rate of heart disease in pregnancy varies between 0.4-4.1%. Given the prevalence of pregnant women with heart disease diagnosed by 81,325 cases from the entire population of Indonesian pregnant women, whereas in Central Java alone the prevalence of pregnant women with heart disease is diagnosed by 1872 cases. In Kabupaten Kudus, pregnancy with heart disease was found as many as 8 cases, whereas according to data from BLUD UPT Puskesmas Kaliwungu Kudus known cases of pregnancy with heart disease reach 3 cases Objectives: able to carry out midwifery care pathology pregnant mother to Ny. L. age 24 years GIPOAOgestational age of 6 weeks 2 days with heart disease class II using the varney obstetric management approach. Method: descriptive method of case study, observation pathology pregnant mother to Ny. L. age 24 years GIPOAOgestational age of 6 weeks 2 days with heart disease class II using physical examination (inspection, palpation) and supporting examinations (laboratory and ECG). Results: After referring to RSUD dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus and received treatment of patients diagnosed heart disease class II after proven EKG examination. Patients get therapy according doctor's advice, namely Landoprazole 30 mg x 1, Likokalk 500 mg x 1 day, Promavit 500 mg x 1 day, Folic Acid 30 mg x 1 day. After handling the examination results TD: 110/70 mmHg, S: 37,50C, N: 80 x / minute, RR: 19 x / minute Conclusion: the patient knows that she is having gestational with heart disease class II and will follow doctor advice by taking the medicine given by doctor.
