Abstract
Background: Midwifery care is needed on this period because it is a critical period both mother and her baby. The estimation 60% of maternal deaths because of pregnancy happened after childbirth, and 50% of postpartum deaths occur within the first 24 hours (Saifuddin, 2009). Based on the data of postpartum mothers with anemia that obtained from Puskesmas Bangetayu Semarang in 2018, there were 63 people, 57 people suffered mild anemia, moderate anemia 6 people (the data of anemia from Puskesmas Bangetayu 2018). Objective: To provide Midwifery care for postpartum mothers with mild anemia and chronical energy deficiency in Puskesmas Bangetayu, Semarang City in line with the midwife authority. Method: the method used is anamnesa, physical examination, supportive examinations and observation. Result: Mrs. Y PIIA0, age 36 years old post partum 6th day with mild anemia and chronical energy deficiency. The mother is willingly take the iron supplements medicine, she is willing to eat nutritious food. Her hemoglobin increased 0.2d / dL, from 10.8g / dL (August 16, 2018) to 11gr / dL (August 24, 2018), LILA increase 0,5cm from 21cm to 21,5cm. Conclusion: the consumption of Fe tablets of 60 mg 1x1tab / day and the consumption of nutritious foods for 8 days can increase hemoglobin (Hb). Keywords : Mild anemia, KEK
