Abstract
Background: An important effort in improving maternal, infant and toddler health is the Maternity and Complication Prevention Planning Program (P4K). This effort is focused on community empowerment in supporting labor preparation and prevention of complications (Ministry of Health, 2009-2011). Based on Blora District Office Data (2016-2017), the number of pregnant women and pregnant women who put P4K stickers in Blora Regency in 2016 was 13,257 mothers and 12,855 mothers in 2017. Objective: To find out the description of the knowledge of primigravida pregnant women and the role of the husband about the attachment of the sticker for prevention and delivery prevention (P4K) planning program in Blora Regency. Method: the Quantitative descriptive study using a cross-sectional approach. The population was primigravida pregnant women in Blora Regency with a sample of all primigravida pregnant women in Blora Health Center as many as 30 primigravida pregnant women. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. Results: The results showed that the knowledge of primigravida pregnant women about the attachment of P4K stickers to the good category was 6 respondents (20%), just 21 respondents (70%) and less as many as 3 respondents (10%). The husband's role in the P4K sticker attachment in the good category was 3 respondents (10%), enough as many as 12 respondents (40%), and less as many as 15 respondents (50%). Conclusion: Primigravida pregnant women in Blora regency majority have sufficient knowledge and the role of majority husbands play a less role in the attachment of P4K stickers.
