Abstract

One sign of anxiety from auditory hallucinations is fear for no apparent reason in a client that can be controlled either with Group Activity Therapy. Group Activity Therapy Stimulation Perception is a therapy that uses activities to perceive the various stimuli associated with life experiences for discussion in groups. The result of group discussion can be a perception deal or an alternative problem solving. This study aims to determine the effect of effectiveness of Stimulation Group Activity Perception Therapy on reducing anxiety of auditory hallucinations. In the research using descriptive method. In this research, data collection method used is by interview. Analysis of the data used is to measure anxiety in patients before the group activity therapy and after doing group activity therapy with evaluation sheets that have been provided. The results obtained from 3 patients there are changes in anxiety before and after the activity of perceptual stimulation group activity, can be seen from the anxiety evaluation sheet, so it can be concluded that Activity Therapy Group stimulation of perceptions have a very good influence on the decrease anxiety in patients in Dr. RSJD. Amino gondohutomo semarang. This shows that integrated modal therapy in nursing care, one of them is Therapy Group Perception Stimulation Activity, it is necessary to be maintained and need to be improved both from quality and quantity.
