Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction at RSUD dr. R. Soetrasno Rembang. The population of this study were patients of RSUD dr. R. Soetrasno Rembang. In this study sample selection was carried out using stratified sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection methods using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 2. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 3. Prices have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 4. Product quality, service quality, and price collectively positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at RSUD dr. R. Soetrasno Rembang.
