Abstract

ABSTRAK Derajat Infeksi malaria di interpretasikan positif + didapatkan 1-10 parasit per 100 lp, positif ++ didapatkan 11-100 parasit per 100 lp, positif +++ 1-10 parasit per 1 lp, positif++++ 11-100 parasit per 1 lp. Eritrosit yang terinfeksi parasit akan mempengaruhi ukuran eritrosit, eritrosit akan pecah terjadi kelainan bentuk sekaligus kelainan warna eritrosit, semakin eritrosit terinfeksi lebih banyak parasit maka semakin tinggi derajat infeksi. Tujuan Penelitian Mengetahui Hubungan morfologi eritrosit dengan derajat infeksi malaria pada pasien penderita malaria di kabupaten kuala kapuas Kalimantan Tengah pada tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian analitik dan penelitian bersifat studi diagnostic, sebanyak 30 sampel darah vena dan kapiler periksa metode mikroskopik. Hasil penelitian jenis plasmodium falcifarum sebanyak 15 sampel, plasmodium vivax sebanyak 15 sampel rata-rata derajat infeksi (positif 1). Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi- Square dan Spearman. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara morfologi eritrositderajat infeksi malaria, berpengaruhnya perubahan warna eritrosit nilai sig 0,826, ukuran eritosit signifikan nilai sig = 0,512 dan bentuk erirosit tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan akantosit nilai 0,202, teardrop cell nilai signifikan 0,480, helmet nilai signifikan 0,913 atau p-value lebih besar 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat kelainan warna,ukuran, bentuk terinfeksi malaria tetapi tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Research Objectives Knowing the relationship of morphology of erythrocytes with the degree of malaria infection in patients with malaria in kuala kapuas district in Central Kalimantan in 2019. The type of analytical research and research carried out in this study are diagnostic studies, as many as 30 samples of venous blood and capillary blood in check with microscopic methods. Data analysis Data analysis used the Chi-Square and Spearman test. Statistical test results showed no significant relationship between morphology of erythrocytes with the degree of malaria infection with influential changes in erythrocyte color with a sig value of 0.826, erythrocyte size was not significantly related to sig = 0.512 and the shape of no significant relationship with the value of 0.202, teardrop cells with a significant value of 0.480, and helmets with a significant value of 0.913 or a p-value greater than 0.05. Based on the results of research conducted there are abnormalities in all infected with color, size and shape but there is no relationship.
