Abstract
Examination of blood glucose can be done by various methods one of the methods GOD PAP. On examination of the blood glucose conditions, incubation that includes the time and temperature of incubation can affect the speed of the achievement of the equilibrium reaction. Temperature is a factor of physics that is important. The increase in temperature can speed up chemical reactions, according to the law of Van Hoff temperature rise of 100C can double the speed of the reaction. The purpose of the study to determine whether or not differences in temperature and incubation time on the examination of glucose. This type of research is experimental. Samples were taken at random as many as 16 students of D III Analis Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang. Research conducted at the laboratory of clinical pathology UNIMUS in November 2016. The data obtained were analyzed statistically by using the test of Shapiro wilk, normal distribution of data test paired sample t test. The results of the examination show the average results of examination of the glucose in the incubation period at a temperature 0f 250C for 20 minutes 101 mg/dl, while the average results of examination of the glucose in the incubation period at a temperature of 400C for 5 minutes 94,31 mg/dl. This shows the results of the examination of glucose in the incubation period at a temperature of 250C for 20 minutes is higher than at a temperature of 400 C for minutes, but both are still within the limits of normal values. Statistical test paires sample t test showed a value of significance of 0,055 with a level of significance of 0,05 is 0,055 is greater than 0,05 it can be concluded that there is no defference of temperature and incubation time on the examination of glucose. Keywords : glucose levels, the temperature and time of incubation.
