Abstract
Leadership was an activity that can effect the behavior of people to work together towards a certain goal who their want. The leadership transformational have charismatic characteristic, idealist influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration. The purpose of this research was to know overview transformational leadership lecturer in child nursing and maternity classroom management at University of Muhammadiyah Semarang. The kind of this research was descriptive with observational method and cross sectional appoarch. The sample was 70 respondent with non probably sampling of type also the technique was saturated sampling. The result of lecturer reseacrh who have good category 6 persons with the persentage (8,6%), medium category 49 persons with the persentage (70%) and the less category 15 persons with the persentage (21,4%).
