Abstract
Pregnancy was part of the physiological life cycle of women, but there are some who experience a pathological condition of pregnancy disorders such as serotonic pregnancy. Serotinus pregnancy caused the factors such as their age, parity and knowledge of the ANC. This study aim eddetermine correlation age, parity statue and knowledge about antenatal care to serotinus pregnancy in Public Health Center Kebandaran Pemalang Regency. Design research used correlative study with retrospective study l approach. Samples were maternal women as many as 48people in Public Health Center Kebandaran Pemalang Regency. The sampling technique used the total sampling. The instrument used to collect the data was questionnaire. The result of chi square test showed that there was significant correlation between age serotinus pregnancy in Public Health Center Kebandaran Pemalang Regency with ρ value 0,016. There were not correlation between paritas statue (ρ: 1,000) and knowledge about antenatal care (ρ: 1,0000) to serotinus pregnancy in Public Health Center Kebandaran Pemalang Regency. The results of this study recommends the Public Health Center to use as a consideration in providing counseling to prospective brides to prepare healthy reproduction among them by recording the menstrual period to reduce the missed of gestational age and estimated delivery.
