Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap, Adaptasi, Perubahan Iklim Abad 21 merupakan masa dimana ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berkembang dengan pesat. Keberhasilan pencapaian pembelajaran abad 21 didukung adanya kurikulum yang memadai, salah satunya adalah memberikan pembelajaran mengenai nilai-nilai utama terkait pengelolaan lingkungan, memberikan pembiasaan sikap dan perilaku ramah lingkungan. Namun, pada hal ini banyak manusia yang menyebabkan dampak negatif bagi alam. Salah satunya yaitu dampak perubahan iklim yang dapat meningkatkan kejadian bencana. Pengenalan tentang perubahan iklim yang terdiri dari penyebab serta dampak yang ditimbulkan dapat melalui pembelajaran penerapan akhlak pada alam di sekolah dan perlu didukung oleh ekosistem lingkungan sekolah. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru saat ini yaitu rendahnya pengetahuan guru mengenai perubahan iklim. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, adaptasi guru kimia terhadap perubahan iklim di Jawa Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif design menggunakan rancangan penelitian cross sectional study dan tempat penelitian di Jawa Tengah secara random dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 75 responden, penelitian dilakukan bulan November-Desember 2022. Variabel yang diteliti pengetahuan, sikap, adaptasi, dan perubahan iklim. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara. Hasil uji yang didapatkan yaitu, pengetahuan, sikap, dan adaptasi pada guru kimia terhadap perubahan iklim di Jawa Tengah rata-rata dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Diharapkan untuk peneliti lain mengembangkan penelitian lanjutan pengetahuan, sikap dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan iklim seperti studi kasus di suatu tempat, analisis berdasarkan gender dan lama mengajar serta untuk pemerintah atau institusi terkait melakukan upaya peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan iklim untuk menghadapi perubahan iklim dimasa depan.   ABSTRACT Ninda Aulia Mahmudah, Identification of Knowledge, Attitudes, and Adaptation of Chemistry Teachers to Climate Change: A Case Study in Central Java. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Adaptation, Climate Change The 21st period in which science and technology develop rapidly. Success in achieving 21st century learning is supported by an adequate curriculum, one of which is providing learning about the main values related to environmental management, providing habituation to environmentally friendly attitudes and behavior. However, in this case many humans have a negative impact on nature. One of them is the impact of climate change which can increase the occurrence of disasters. An introduction to climate change consisting of causes and impacts can be through learning the application of morals to nature in schools and needs to be supported by the school's environmental ecosystem. The problem faced by teachers today is the teacher's lack of knowledge about climate change. The purpose of study was to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes, and adaptation of chemistry teachers to climate change in Central Java. The type of research used is quantitative, with a descriptive design approach using a cross-sectional study research design and random research locations in Central Java with 75 respondents as research subjects. The research was conducted in November-December 2022. The variables studied were knowledge, attitudes, adaptation, and climate change. Collecting data using a questionnaire with interview techniques. Test results obtained, namely, knowledge, attitudes, and adaptation of chemistry teachers to climate change in Central Java were on average in the "very good" category. It is hoped that other researchers will develop further research on knowledge, attitudes and adaptation to climate change such as case studies somewhere, analysis based on gender and length of teaching as well as for the government or related institutions to make efforts to increase knowledge, attitudes and adaptation to climate change to deal with climate change in the future.
