Abstract

Introduction: Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a learning method in the form of a problem-based small group. PBL learning strategies have three important factors, namely the problem to be discussed, the performance of the tutor, and the effectiveness of the group. The performance of the tutor is needed to facilitate tutorial activities so that learning objectives can be achieved. PSPDG Unimus is committed to implementing PBL learning method. Aim: To know perceptions of students toward the performance of the tutors on 3rd Curative and Rehabilitative block in PSPDG Unimus. Method: Evaluative study with cross sectional design. The study populations were all PSPDG Unimus students. The study samples were students who followed the 3rd Curative and Rehabilitative block with the sample criteria, namely the eight semester active students and followed the implementation of tutorial activities on 3rd Curative and Rehabilitative block with 100% presence attendance. The sampling technique was total sampling. Data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire by answering 14 statement items, which were carried out in June 2018. Data analysis used univariate analysis by describing the answers of each items (statements) in the questionnaire. Results: The majority of respondents assessed good toward the level of performance of the tutors on 3rd Curative and Rehabilitative block in PSPDG Unimus with questionnaire average total score was 52,33. Conclusion: Perceptions of students toward the performance of the tutors on 3rd Curative and Rehabilitative block in PSPDG Unimus had good grade.
