Abstract

Breast cancer can lead to psychological disturbance and physical disturbance to the sufferer. This disease can lead to psychological disturbance and physical disturbance in the sufferer, Psychological disorders usually occur at the time of first diagnosis, after being diagnosed with the patient usually refuse the situation. And they are just starting therapy when the cancer has started to enter at a more advanced stage. One of the psychological disorders that occur in patients with breast cancer is stress. This study aims to determine the relationship of breast cancer stage with stress in breast cancer patients in the Islamic Sultan Agung Hospital Semarang. This research was conducted oncology room (Baitul Ma'wa) and Poli Oncology, With the number of respondents 78 respondents using a cross sectional design and using Chi Square statistical test with the results 0, 005 which indicates that there is a breast cancer stage relationship with stress in breast cancer patients in the Islamic Sultan Agung Hospital Semarang.
