Abstract

Background hypertension or high blood disease is the increasing of blood pressure of sistolik 140 mmHg or blood pressure of diastolic 90 mmHg which can cause the pressure of at artery wall and can result the side effects of like stroke and heart. To overcome the Governmental hypertension give the facility of concerning PROLANIS managed by BPJS having a purpose to reach the optimal life quality with the efficient and effective health service expense. The purpose study aims to know the influence PROLANIS to cholesterol of at hypertension patient. Methods the design study used the experimental queasy design method or experiment with the device used by one grup pre test and post test the design. This research is conducted in Febuari and April 2017 in Banjardawa Public Health Center of Pemalang Regency. Its Population is all hypertension patient in Puskesmas Banjardawa of Regency Pemalang as much 45 responder of at group B with the total technique of sampling. Analyse with the test of paired t test. The results shows that of feasurement of cholesterol rate of before following PROLANIS got to by mean equal to 241.93 mg / dl and result of measurement of cholesterol rate hereafter follow the PROLANIS mean equal to 197.73 mg / dl, there is effect of signifikan PROLANIS to cholesterol of at hypertension patient in Banjardawa Public Health Center Pemalang Refency ( p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). Conclusion from this research is there is effect signifikan to cholesterol of at hypertension patient in Banjardawa Public Health Center Pemalang Regency.
