Abstract

Background: The low nurse performance in the hospital is due to the low skill possessed by the nurses in operating the services provided to the patients. Objective: To know the description of nurse's performance based on softskill nurse in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. This research was conducted in the room of Rose, Orchid, Alamanda and IGD with the number of respondents 75 respondents. Method: Using corelation study design with cross sectional approach method using rank spearman statistical test. Result of research: Good category performance as much 66 respondents (88%) while enough category as many as 9 respondents, softskill nurse got good category result 71 respondent (94,7%) while category enough 4 respondent (5,3%). Good statistical test results softskill performance will be better p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: Based on the results of data analysis can be seen the better the nurse softskill nurses performance increased. Advice: Nurses are able to improve softskill so that its performance is increasing Keywords: nurse performance, softskill
