Abstract

Introduction : interaction Preceptorship is a formal clinical learning process between the preceptor (clinical supervisor) and the student. The process is helpful the student gets his new role in obtaining the initial soft skill in time which is short. Softskills is a person's skill in dealing with people other (including by itself). Softskill attributes include the values held, motivation, behavior, habits, character and attitude. Purpose : This research aims to know the relationship of Preceptor Interaction With Softskill Student Nurse Practice At Sultan Agung Semarang Islamic Hospital in 2017. Method: Type of this research Descriptive with cross sectional approach, as many as 102 samples taken total technique sampling. Interaction data of students' preceptor and softskill using questionnaires. Statistical analysis using kolmogorov test and continued spearman- rank. the results showed the characteristic characteristic of 79.4% female samples. All samples are 100% student study program ners. Preceptor interaction is not good 32 (31,4%) and good 70 (68.6%). Softskill student ability to communicate less good 4 (3,9%) and good 98 (96,1%) Student's skill of critical thinking is not good 38 (37,3%) and good 64 (62,7%). Teamwork of less good students 28 (27,5%) and good 74 (72,5%). Student's lifelong learning skill is less 25 (24,5%) and good 77 (75,5%) The ability of moral ethics is not good 28 (27,5%) and good 74 (72,5%) and poor leadership skill 25 (24,5%) and good 77 (75,5%). There is a significant relationship between the interaction of preceptor with softskill nurse practice students (p value = 0,000) with student softskill Conclusion:There is a significant relationship between the preceptor interaction with the student nursing practice softskill.
