Abstract
The normal menstrual cycle occurs every 21-35 days with duration 3-7 days and the blood volume 20-80ml. Menstrual cycle in woman was different. It is influenced by several factors including physical activity and stress. This research used non-experiment method because the research design was descriptive correlational using cross sectional approach. This research was aimed to know the correlation between physical activity and stress in menstrual cycle of woman teenager at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. The result shows that there was no correlation between physical activity level with menstrual cycle of woman teenager at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang (p=0,176>0,05) there was no correlation between stress with menstrual cycle of woman teenager at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang ( p=0,896>0,05), This situation happened because the factor from mentrual cycle not only influenced by stress but also can be influenced by hormonal factor, nutritional intake and chronic illness where at the time of research conducted by respondent in condition of healthy physical condition. The summary of correlations between variable physical activity & stress level of menstrual cycle shows that there was no significant relation both variables. For further research the researcher can do reseach using different method by looking other factors that can influence menstrual cycle like body weight, nutritional intake, lifestyle as nutrition pattern, recreation and communication pattern.
