Abstract

Latar belakang: PIK-KRR adalah suatu wadah kegiatan program KRR yang dikelola dari, oleh dan untuk remaja guna memberikan pelayanan informasi dan konseling kesehatan reproduksi remaja guna memberikan pelayanan informasi dan konseling kesehatan reproduksi remaja serta kegiatan penunjang lain. Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi oleh remaja masih rendah, masih rendahnya pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi oleh remaja di Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memepengaruhi pemanfaatan PIK-KRR diantaranya yaitu pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi dan dukungan terutama dari guru BK. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan PIK KRR di SMA/SMK/MA Se- Kabupaten Pati. Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square. Hasil: Remaja yang diteliti berkisar 15-19 tahun. Variasi umur remaja beragam dan rata-rata berusia 17 tahun dan 18 tahun. 56.5% remaja memiliki jenis kelamin perempuan. Ada enam tempat yang digunakan untuk penelitian, yaitu SMKN 1 Pati, SMK Gajah Mada 2, SMA Muhammadiyah 1, SMA Tama Jaya, MA Darul Janah dan MMH Tayu. Ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan pemanfaatan PIK-KRR pada remaja (pvalue=0,001), ada hubungan motivasi dengan pemanfaatan PIK-KRR pada remaja (pvalue=0,000), ada hubungan sikap dengan pemanfaatan PIK-KRR pada remaja (pvalue=0,001), dan ada hubungan dukungan guru BK (p value=0,000) dengan pemanfaatan PIK-KRR pada remaja. Simpulan: Ada hubungan pengetahuan, motivasi, sikap dan dukungan guru BK dengan pemanfaatan PIK-KRR pada Remaja. Kata kunci: Pemanfaatan,PIK,KRR Background: PIK-KRR is a container program activities managed from the KRR, by and for teenagers in order to provide information and counselling to adolescent reproductive health information and services provide counseling adolescent and reproductive health other supporting activities. The utilization of reproductive health services by adolescents is still low, it is still the low utilization of reproductive health services by adolescents in Indonesia. There are a number of factors memepengaruhi the utilization of PIK-KRR including namely knowledge, attitude, motivation and support especially from teachers BK. The Purpose: To know the factors - factors related to the utilization of PIK KRR in SMA/SMK/MA in Kabupaten Pati. Method: This research included quantitative analytic with cross sectional. Results of the study were tested using the Chi Square statistical tests. Results: Teens who are examined range 15-19 years. Variansi teen age and average aged 17 years and 18 years. Most teens have sex many women. There are six places that are used for research, namely SMK N 1 Starch, SMK Gajah Mada 2, SMA Muhammadiyah 1, SMA Tama MA Jaya, Darul Janah and MMH Tayu. There is a connection with the utilization of PIK-KRR on teens (pvalue = 0.001), there is a relationship of motivation with the utilization of PIK-KRR on teens (pvalue = 0.000), there is the relationship of attitude with the utilization of PIK-KRR on teens (pvalue = 0.001), and there is a connection BK teacher support (p value = 0.000) and utilization of PIK-KRR in teenagers. Summary: there is a relationship of knowledge, motivation, attitude and support teacher BK with the utilization of PIK-KRR in teenagers. Keywords: utilization,PIK,KRR
