Abstract

Pemeriksaan hitung jumlah trombosit merupakan bagian dari hematologi rutin yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai kondisi hematologik seseorang. Pemeriksaan hitung jumlah trombosit yang akurat sangat diperlukan terutama pada sampel trombositopenia karena berhubungan erat dengan resiko perdarahan. Perhitungan jumlah trombosit dapat dilakukan dengan cara manual langsung, namun seiring dengan dengan kemajuan teknologi dan meningkatnya permintaan pemeriksaan hitung sel darah, saat ini di sebagian besar laboratorium klinik lebih banyak menggunakan alat hematologi otomatis. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan jumlah trombosit metode otomatis (Impedansi alat Celtac F Nihon Kohden) dan manual pada sampel trombositopenia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien yang melakukan pemeriksaan darah di Laboratorium Patologi Klinik RSUD Arjawinangun Kabupaten Cirebon.Digunakan uji Friedman untuk menganalisis perbedaan hitung jumlah trombosit metode otomatis, manual langsung tidak langsung pada sampel trombositopenia. Hasil uji Friedman menunjukkan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,405 ( nilai p > 0,05) yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara hitung jumlah trombosit metode otomatis, manual langsung dan tidak langsung pada sampel trombositopenia. Kata Kunci :Trombosit, Otomatis, Manual, Trombositopenia Examination of the count of platelet counts is part of a routine hematology that can provide information about a person's hematologic condition. Accurate thrombocyte count examination is necessary especially in thrombocytopenic samples because it is closely related to the risk of bleeding. The calculation of platelet counts can be done by direct manual method, but along with technological advances and increasing demand for blood cell count testing, currently in most clinical laboratories use more automatic hematology tool. The objective of the research was to know the difference of platelet count method of automatic, (Impedance by Celtac F Nihon Kohden), direct and indirect manual on thrombocytopenic samples. The sample of this study were patients who performed blood tests at the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Arjawinangun Hospital Cirebon District. Used Friedmantest toanalyze difference count method of automatic, direct and indirect manuals on samples of thrombocytopenic. Friedman test results show probability value of 0,405 (p>0,05) which means there is no significant difference between the count of platelet count method of automatic, direct and indirect manual on thrombocytopenic sample.
