Abstract

Uric acid is one of the final results of purine metabolism that is one of the components of nucleic acids contained in the nucleus of cells of the body. Examination of uric acid denaturation experiencing a decline due to postpones caused by the level of enzyme activity in serum. The purpose of this study was to analyze the weeks to immediately check the levels of uric acid and 4 days postpone. This research is an experimental laboratory study population Mitra Perdana Multimedika laboratory employees. Samples were taken as many as 16 laboratory employees to check the serum treatment immediately and postpone four days. Inspection methods using Enzymatic uric acid (uricase). Data were analyzed using Shapiro Wilk test of normality test results obtained value of p = 0.141 and used different test Paired Sample T-Test different test results obtained value of p = 0.000, which means p-value <0,05 means that there are differences in uric acid levels were checked in immediately and postpone four days. Relat from the levels immediately urta acid is 5.58 mg/dl and relata 4 days 4.80 mg/dl. Keywords : temperature, time, levels of uric acid.
