Abstract
IUGR varies, ranging from 4-8% in developed countries and 6-30% in developing countries. increased fetal growth is a high risk for the occurrence of illness and death. It is estimated that perinatal mortality is 5-10 times higher in a stunted growthal neonate compared with a size or body weight corresponding to gestational age. In very severe cases of IUGR can result in a stillbirth or if survival can have long-term adverse effects in childhood later on. To implement midwifery care in cases of gestational pathology with IUGR using the Hellen Varney method.This Descriptive with observational approach. Subjects of pregnant women with IUGR in Puskesmas Keling I. The data were gathered through interview, direct observation, and document review and descriptively analyzed descriptively by using Varney’s Seven Steps andSOAP. the results of this assessment Ny.E is 28 weeks pregnant with IUGR,SPOG consultation has been done, initial therapy with mulitivitamin administration and consultation with nutritionist. Conclusion: Ny.E pregnant 28 weeks with IUGR after midwifery care result of mother referred to RSUD. Keyword:midwifery care,pregnancy ,IUGR
